Where are you located?

We’re at 903 W Murray Ave, Visalia, CA 93291 — one shop, two front desks: Auto Glass & Tint and Tires & Maintenance, so everything happens under one roof.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm for both sides. Saturday hours differ: Auto Glass & Tint is open 8am to 1pm, Tires & Maintenance is open 9am to 12pm. Closed Sundays.

How do I get a quote or schedule an appointment?

Call, text, or use the quote form on this site — we just need your vehicle’s year, make and model, and what you need done, to get you an accurate estimate.

Do you offer mobile service?

Yes, on both sides of the shop — mobile auto glass and mobile tire service — for jobs up to about an hour out of Visalia, depending on the job. Some work, like anything needing ADAS calibration, is better handled in the shop; we’ll tell you which applies when you call.

Do you work on all types of vehicles?

Nearly all of them — cars, trucks, SUVs, Teslas, and luxury or exotic vehicles. It’s rare we come across something we can’t work on, but if you have a unique vehicle, reach out and we’ll confirm.

Is there a warranty on your work?

Yes — coverage depends on the service. Paint protection film carries a 10-year warranty (our own install coverage plus the manufacturer’s coverage on the film). Window tint carries a limited lifetime warranty. Glass work is covered against defects in materials and workmanship. We’ll walk you through what applies before any work starts.

Chip repair or full replacement — how do you decide?

It mostly comes down to size and location. Small chips away from your line of sight can usually be repaired in under an hour. Cracks, chips in the driver’s sightline, or damage near the edge of the glass usually need a full replacement. We’ll tell you honestly which one your vehicle actually needs.

OEM glass or aftermarket — what’s the difference?

OEM glass is made by the same manufacturer as your original windshield; aftermarket is a compatible equivalent from a different maker. We’ll talk through what’s available and appropriate for your vehicle before we order anything.

Do I need ADAS calibration after a windshield replacement?

If your vehicle has driver-assist features like lane keep or automatic braking, the cameras and sensors mounted near the windshield need to be recalibrated so they read the road correctly. We calibrate in-house rather than sending it out.

How long does a windshield replacement take, and when can I drive after?

Timing depends on the vehicle, and the adhesive needs time to cure before it’s safe to drive. We’ll give you the exact timing for the adhesive used on your vehicle before you leave.

Should I do anything to my car before a PPF, ceramic coating, or tint appointment?

A basic exterior wash beforehand helps — it keeps us from rubbing dry dirt or dust into the paint while we work, which can cause scratching, and it makes it easier to get clean before-and-after photos.

What’s the difference between the PPF warranty and the window tint warranty?

Different products, different coverage. Paint protection film carries a 10-year warranty split into our own installation coverage and the manufacturer’s coverage on the film. Window tint carries a limited lifetime warranty. We’ll walk you through both before any work starts.

What types of tires do you offer?

New and used tires for passenger cars, trucks, and SUVs, plus wheel and rim repairs to match any budget or need.

What brake services are available?

Full brake service including diagnosis, pads, rotors, and fluid exchanges to ensure safe, reliable stopping power.

Can you handle oil changes and fluid maintenance?

Yes — oil changes, transmission fluid exchange, coolant flush, brake fluid, fuel induction, and filter swaps to keep your engine running smoothly.

Do you reprogram TPMS sensors?

Yes, TPMS sensor programming is a core service, restoring accurate tire pressure monitoring after rotations or tire replacements.

What maintenance extras do you provide?

Free tire pressure checks, complete tire rotations, computer wheel balancing, spark plugs, battery sales, and air and cabin filter swaps.

Are you open to all vehicles, and is your team bilingual?

Yes — our services fit all vehicle types, our team is bilingual (se habla español), and we offer flexible hours to work with your schedule.

Do you have financing options?

Yes — 0% interest financing through our partner lenders, with quick approval you can start over the phone or in the shop. Rates and terms are set by the lender, and we’ll go through exactly what yours looks like before you agree to anything.

Do veterans get a discount?

Yes, veterans get 10% off.

Will my insurance cover it, and do you handle the paperwork?

Often, yes. We work directly with all major insurance carriers and handle the claim and the billing on your behalf, so the paperwork doesn’t land on you.
